Help plz... I feel down :(?

K so I was in depression recently but I boosted my selfesteem and I was in like a streak of feeling good about myself. But today I just lost the elections for SPL (its like the president in a boyscout troop) and Ive never been one of those people to rage after I loose or stay angry with the one whi beat me but I feel realy down.. I was just so in a good mood these past days and nithing.could fet me down but i dont know, this did. Any advice on hiw to cope?
