Are my childs OAA Scores good/bad?

My child received a 455 on a 4th grade Reading OAA and a 444 on a 4th grade Math OAA. Are these good scores or bad scores? I have not been able to contact his teachers due to summer break, so I am just trying to get an opinion. Thanks
