Winsid program,2.4cubic ft recommended sum1 told me for my Alpine 15"typeR..Is that internal or external thou?

Just need to kniw if thats internal or the external recommended airspace? I want the lowest possible bass (SPL) i can get in a sealed box without going ported.. Thanx so much in advance!
