Have you noticed that Scottish managers working in England...?

the SPL would be far better to watch if the English teams stopped luring our good players away to English teams for bigger wages and better conditions its the same with managers its the wages and perks the English clubs offer the scots players,in saying that these same players and managers have a short working/playing career and have to go where the big wages are,some eventually return to the scottish game when they get a bit older /slower
