Boy scout in need of help?

i am 15 and have been in scouting my entire life i have been in many different troops around and this one i have been in the longest i was potrol leader for 4 weeks alonge with being aspl i have been working up to spl to work with the scout master who is my dad a couple of meeting ago my spl steped down and left me in charge i have jumped up so quick i had to give my potrol leader positione to some one else how i trusted and had to apoint another aspl to fill my place for now but my problem is every one looked up to me for guidence and now its all on me its so much pressure cause i was hoping to be realected but if i scrue up then i am afrad i will not be elected so i will not be able to serve a full term i want some edvice her to help me out the adults said they would help me but i am still nerviouse please help.
