Need bandpass box building help for a single 12w7 please?

Wanted to know if someone could sumhow figure out for me the best size cubic feet I shukd make the 2chambers (both rhe sealed and ported) what rhe net internal volume should be I know the speaker displacement is 0.14cubic feet and also how many HZ u recommend it should be tuned to.. Im nit looking for Sq AT ALL looking for overall straight loudness/slammin SPL that I can get out of it to beat out the current H.O. box I bought it in and also save space at the same time cuz that thing is huge and HEAVY (119lbs!)
