Which will give most SPL a single 15"AlpineTypeR in a ported box or a single JL 12"W7 in an H.O. ported box?

Considering both being powered properly to their Max optimal output. PLEASE HELP QUIK! might buy the JL in a few hours n want to know how it will fair against my alpine type r.
