Budget=$500-700, Whats the best 2or maybe 3 12" subs i can get?? Not concernd with SQ, want slammin MAX SPL!!?

Have a Kenwood Excelon 1200m mono amp,can either go 4ohms 800watts rms or 2ohms 1,200watts rms, stable at 1ohm but im told that would be too hot.
