Need Advice...what to do bout her pregnancy?

My cousin is currently pregnant. She says she is due August 5th, but none of us really know since she lies bout everything. Now heres my problem... She is taking pain meds. She started out taking Hydros then moved up to Moraphin... I am very concerned for the baby. Also none of us know if she has a doctor. The only time she was gave an ultrasound was when my aunt took her which was her first appt and by the time she was already 5 months pregnant but dont think she has went back since. I have talked to her husband bout it, but he buys her the drugs cause he doesnt want her in pain. I spoke to her and says if she doesnt have them the baby will stretch her stomach to far and she will die. She is planning to go off all medicines in July except hydros which she got prescribed recently(due to "extreme" pain) and take home drug test to make sure its out of her system so they cant take the baby, but I am worried bout the childs health. Is there anything I can do? Btw this is her first child and she is 19 years old.
