MTX shallow sub vs Kicker shallow sub?

I have and 2008 FORD F-150 CREW CAB (4 DOOR) and im looking for the best spl for the space i have under the seat. i narrowed it down to 2 subs, the kicker shallow and the mtx shallow. which one is better. or any suggestions on better subs. NOT interested in jl audio (dont like the impedence) and dont want to hear about the SI BM (Its never going to be released). any input is appreciated. thanks...
