I claimed nephew on taxes. now irs is saying i owe money back. what can i do?

i claimed my nephew on my 2010 taxes and recieve 5,xxx. now 6 months later i recieve a letter from the IRS saying i owe 4,300 dollars and something about proof of the childs address. what do or can i do? please help im freaking out!
